Kubota SVL95-S2 starting issues

Hi, I have a Kubota SVL95-S2 and engine will not start unless I unplugged the rail pressure sensor and get code E9301. If I plugged back in it will only crank and no start and no code. This engine has what it looks like a 2-wire coil on top of the fuel supply pump don't know if that's the SCV. When I unplugged the fuel rail sensor it starts and after a couple seconds runs rough which is understandable. My question is, could it be a bad fuel supply pump?

Sadly with these models, in order to get accurate answers and not just randomly throw parts at it, it's going to need to be hooked up to a computer, and the last I've heard a dealer is the only one that can do it.

Yep dont even bother. Get it to a good, reputable dealer. It sucks.
