Kubota SVL95-2 CTL codes E026, E027

Hello,
I have a Kubota SVL95-2 skid steer that has me puzzled. I changed the complete engine wiring harness due to a small fire melting a few wires. Now the machine throws codes E026 and E027 which I understand to be no communication with the ECU and ACU. I have checked fuses and connections. The CAN high and low are both showing no voltage at all which leads to the no communication. I'm not able to determine what supplies voltage to the CAN system. Has anyone ever seen this scenario before? Thanks.

When you installed the new harness did you put the relays in? New harness comes with fuses but you need to transfer the relays.
