Kubota 1850 stalls after 15 min of mowing. Changed air and fuel filters.Any idea what else to try? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

You've got to give us the letter or letters before the 1860, as there are several possibilities and they are completely different.

Some have underfloor fuel filters in addition to fuel bowl filters. Check whether the fuel cap is breathing.

Might be fuel filter you replaced. Had to do it twice on my JD 2025R that I don't have any more.

Is your fuel cap breathing correctly? It could it be creating a vacuum in the tank and stopping the fuel from emptying into the fuel filter.

Fuel filter and fuel cap breathing have been mentioned. Also look for grunge in your tank that floats to the outlet and blocks it. Could be a leaf or some algae or whatever.

Diesels need fuel, air, and compression to run.

Since it runs okay for 15 minutes (or so), it's almost certainly not compression.

That leaves fuel and air, and the most likely culprit is fuel. Either a restriction in the fuel flow or the fuel pump itself is failing, OR the fuel shutoff is losing power and shutting things down.

Start with possible restrictions. Also disconnect somewhere between the lift pump and the injection pump and see what kind of flow you get out of the lift pump.

Thanks, going to check the tank for debris first and then follow your plan if that doesnt work
