I can't zoom in on the data plate enough to read it.

This is probably a front-mount snowblower for some BX or B series tractors.

Highly sought-after, but doesn't appear to have a front hitch to go with it? Is the other half of the PTO shaft there somewhere?

Can be a challenge to get a compatible front hitch and mid-PTO kit. Front hitch and mid-PTO vary by tractor model #.

You could/should do some research. The hitch and mid-PTO kit are crucial. Often, prospective buyers won't know how to hook the blower to their tractor.

Heck, if I knew what it was, where it was, and how much it was, I might be interested......
