It's just an offer you can always raise it. I would try to find out what other dealers are selling it for before I made the offer though.
I just bought a new B3200 2012 for $19,357 ,and tax and LA504 , and box scraper.I am buying a backhoe, what is a good price? They said $8000 installed, including pick up and delivery.
Not a new unit but I found a 2009 B3200 with 60 belly deck and loader with 49.5 hours on it for 14K and no taxes from a private owner. New to me with only 49.5 hours and now has 110 hrs and all is good.
My L3800 with loader was $20,k, I paid cash for the new Land Pride 6' bush hog -$1800. , one dealer was $2.k cheaper, so it does pay to shop around.
My L3800DT w/loader was 15k with around 10 hours on it. 1k for a new 5' Land Pride mower. Too good a deal for me to pass up.
I actually stopped by the dealer to look at a L4400, but he didn't have one. So checked out this L3800DT for about 8k less and couldn't pass it up. I love it!Now why cant I ever find deals like those?
2013 L3800 DT, LA 524 FEL, R4's, loaded rears, Landpride RCR1860 rotary cutter, Landpride GS1560 grading scraper (sweet), Kubota realtree camo hat, Kubota "bleed orange" tee shirt, full tank of fuel, delivered 60 miles from dealer... $ 20, 500.00.Goth 9 hrs. on her now, loving this tractor ! Shop different dealers for sure, for the same money, one dealer offered the same tractor with the loader only !
Same deal I got, but less hours on mine and loaded tires. Great rig for the money!
Also, no sales tax here...
2012 L3800DT w loader, 66 "quick attach bucket w 3 welded chain hooks and loaded R1 tires, B77 BH 16 " bucket w mech thumb, engine block heater, front and rear work lights, canopy, telescopic 3 pt stabilizers, LP Rotary cutter 1260, LPPD15 Post hole digger w 9"auger, LP RB1684 84" rear blade, and 1/2 the cost of the 50 hour service at $31K. We looked at the l4600 with the same package. Could have saved money with used implements... Check Craig's list for those.

I just priced out an L4600 and an MX5100, both with FEL (with SSQA bucket) and a backhoe, 4wd, HST. On Kubota's website, the L4600 was $41,400 and the MX5100 was $42,600.
If the L4600 is equipped the same as the one I priced out on Kubota's website, then $36,500 would be about a 12% discount. I haven't bought one (yet), but 10% - 15% seems to be the discount range depending on the dealer and probably a lot of other factors.
But I don't know if yours has the same options I picked. The options are SO expensive that one or two little checkboxes can make a big difference in price. I'd suggest you find out the list price of the one you're looking at with whatever options are on it.
