you may need to make use of google translate a lot when looking for stuff. That last link for instance is German-only. The first two are really good since they are multilingual and you can toggle back and forth to find out the proper technical terms to google further.
They all sell tractors so presumably have access to spares/parts but do not have webshops so I haven't made special note of them, but might be worth checking since they are sort of local-ish to you.
