Recently purchased a brand new 2020 Kubota mx6000 with full cab great tractor and I have about 100 hours on it the only problem is the AC system has never quite worked right I'm not really sure why maybe it was designed very badly

I've checked the freon levels and they seem fine however the pump turns on and off rapidly about every 10 seconds.

when in the cab it blows consistently cold with really good air pressure and when I first get in the temperature in the cab is 80°
(outside air temperature 85-90) and it blows cold about 65° but of course as I mow the temperature begins to rise in the cab quickly reaching over 105-110°
and I have to either open the doors or stop and get out it's almost like the AC system cannot keep up with the heat I have had all four Windows full tinted at 5% and it didn't help

any recommendations or is this just the designers of Kubota did not design an air conditioner system good enough to keep up with Florida heat

In addition I have noticed that covering the interior and exterior intake vent does not diminish the blowing strength at all but I can't figure out where the blower would be getting fresh air from if not one of those two places

If it's kicking on and off rapidly it's typically one of two things. Low refrigerant, or excessive high side pressure. It could be the evaporator freezing up, but thays typically accompanied by a loss or stop of airflow from the vents. Either way it should be covered under warranty on such a new tractor.

Due to your tractor being a '20 model with only 100 hrs isn't tractor still covered under factory warranty? If so why don't you have dealer repair it?
Simplest thing to do is install a heater hose manual shut valve & be sure valve is closed.. Some factory heater temperature control valves have been known to a not cut coolant flow completely off which drastically affects efficiency of AC when higher ambient temperatures are achieved. Next I recommend installing AC gauges & check high/low pressures.

I did this on my M6040. A simple ball valve in line on the heater hose did the trick for me.
On my machine the hoses are accessible through a panel located under the seat.

there are a lot of things that need to be verified

heater valve
evap core not getting frosted over
condenser core not plugged with dirt/grass/etc
belt slippage
among many other things, those are the more common checks

check the condenser FIRST. Clean it and the radiator both. They have to be cleaned out often. Then check the belt tension. Those are non-warranty items anyway and should be considered regular maintenance. If the tractor has any warranty left on it, and you're still having issues, let the dealer techs address it.

R134A refrigerant has skyrocketed in price in the last few months so if you are thinking you can DIY, consider what the refrigerant costs. 1 year ago, 30lb cyl was $81.40 with tax. It is just under $500 now.
