Did you follow the setup on the clutch pack when you attached the clutch pack to the flywheel?
Did you have the flywheel machined?

Did you adjust the clutch prior to assembling the tractor? How are you checking to see that the clutch disc is loose?

I tied the clutch pedal down and took off the inspection plate and spun the disc with a screwdriver. I took the tractor back apart and purchased a shop manual and found I have to adjust the clutch fingers. Unfortunately there are different adjustments and according to my manual my pto fingers which are not adjustable are out of spec. Took my aftermarket clutch back bought a Kubota clutch (same thing) Not sure what specs to use the manual is not very clear. Has anyone ever installed a 6 finger double disc clutch before and had to adjust them
