Still working on my Kubota now it wont start. Just clicking, Battery is new and tested soldered new ends on the cables getting 13 volts everywhere I check. Noticed the glow plug relay clicks when I turn to start. Also the starter relay clicks but nothing on the starter clicking including the solenoid. Cant test the wires on the solenoid as they are behind the starter. Looks like I will have to pull it of to check it. My question is why is the glowvplug relay clicking and will it pull all the voltage from the starter so it wont get enough power.

Check your battery terminals and especially your battery ground connection on the chasis. Your glow plugs won't keep a good battery from rolling over the starter.

Jump direcly from your battery to the starter with jumper cables. This takes the battery cables out of the picture and if the starter doesn't turn over, then starter is the problem.

One possibility is you have a safety switch that engaged not letting the solenoid get power.

The starter safety switch is the only safety switch which affects the starter from engaging. It should be easy to find and check with a test light or multi meter.

When you say you have 13 volts everywhere, this is meaningless unless you are checking the voltage at the starter when the key switch is turned to start. i.e. when the electrical system has a heavy load.

When the key switch is turned to start not only does this activate the start relay but also the glow plug relay to keep the glow plugs hot when the engine is cranking. The click you hear could be the glow relay and not the start relay because the safety switch is not satisfied.

Take pictures of the top of your battery and also where the ground cable connects to the tractor frame and then post them here.

Thanks Tried to jump the starter and it would not jump went through the harness and found the safety switch was unhooked and the wires haphazardly tied together. Tested the switch hooked the wires back up and running great thanks for the help

Yep. Ground is often overlooked. No ground? No happy. Partial ground? No happy.
