My winter front grille and side covers for the new LX models are now ready to go.

The new hood is taller and maybe a little wider than the hood for the former B2650/B3350 models so the covers are substantially larger and shaped a little different to match the new grill and side vent design. Made much the same way save for the lower rear corners of the side covers now have a tab added to hold them close and secure. They're still a quick install/remove with no tools, follow the lines of the hood and grill nicely, and are made from the same outdoor UV resistant vinyl cloth backed material.

Anyone interested can message me and I’ll also add them to the “For Sale” listing that includes the still available B2650 and B3350 covers. Here’s some pics:

Are they attached with magnets or do we need to put the maie side of snap connectors on the tractor?

Hell of an idea! We have 10 acres in what's considered the Interlake, between Lake Winnipeg and Lake Manitoba, about 35 minutes north of the city of Winnipeg.

Not too far away then. We used to get to Winnipeg for meetings/conferences with Manitoba Hydro, but since retirement I haven't crossed the border to the north.

I have a set of "As New" B2650 covers for sale that I purchased from David. At the time I purchased them, I was planning to buy a B2650, then covid happened. I ended up with an LX2610, so I need to sell these covers to help finance the new style and save someone a few $ over the cost of new ones.

I will ship to lower 48 for $160, as that is what I paid for them. Friends and Family PayPal is what I require. First to say, "I'll take them", gets them. They will be shipped Priority Mail, so I need an address.

That's a nice offer, Fatfenders, and will save someone some cash! These covers will also fit the B3350 if anyone is interested. I'll be glad to cover the money back warranty if by some chance the buyer is not happy with them.......they can just return them to me. Let's get these covers on a B2650/3350 and get the new covers for that nice LX2610 of yours. If anybody messages me directly I'll send them your way too if possible.

Just received my new grill covers from bird dogger, look and fit great, couldn’t be more happy! Kudos for a job well done. I love supporting a fellow American especially when they do such good work, if you’re on fence for a set, I strongly recommend Bird Dogger and his hand made covers.

Magnets, and they fit wonderfully, and hold on very well.

Glad you like your new tractor's winter tuxedo (as another user called them ). Oldmanbs, that's a nice setup you have!! Looks like you're now ready for whatever our upper midwest winters throw at us. If you ever have troubles with your covers.....let me know and we'll fix it.

Also, once you've used them a bit, post you're thoughts and findings for us. Being the LX's are pretty new, there aren't too many out there in our cold climates yet that have been using these covers. You're info would also help new owners as well.

No need to say, "Enjoy that new tractor!" How could you not!! And thanks for the complements!!

I know this is an old post but has anyone made these for the 40 and 60 series M tractors? Would be very interested
@Rbell6
I still make these covers as needed or asked for.

Here's a link to the patterns I do have:
Custom Made Winterfront Kits for your Kubota Tractor | OrangeTractorTalks - Everything Kubota

I don't believe I have a pattern for the models you are asking about. However, I'd be happy to assist you in making a paper pattern from your tractor and could then sew up a cover for you.

It's hard to tell from a picture online just how to go about it. But with a little more information on the size and shapes of the covers you'd like, one piece front only or additional side skirts, what hood parts are metal vs. plastic, etc....... we could come up with a game plan.

Once a design and shape is decided upon, and with a few "pointers" on how to make the paper pattern, it's not a complicated process at all.

If interested, send me a "message" and I'd be happy to see what we could come up with.

David
