Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? I assume these have a schrader valve on the rail somewhere, at the very least open the schrader a little and see if you get a good "spray" of fuel vs just a dribble or no fuel.
When you start it with WD... does it smoke to start with and if so what color?
The first 12 things in the WSM related to no start are all fuel related. Some are simple, others can be a real pain in the rear... and wallet.
