Kubota L3560 hydraulic problem

After 5 minutes the hydraulics get sluggish then stop working. Recovers after resting. Bucket loader, power steering and transmission stop. Can't tell if three point is workingHave backhoe on the three point.

What can I check ?

You did check the fluid level correct? Sounds like it is starving out when warm.

HST? how many hours since hydraulic filter and fluid change if there is enough in there at the moment? Any error messages on the intellipanel?

I would say it sounds like the pump is dead heading and the system is over heating.
Has anything be added or changed to the tractor after stock build?

Check the rubber suction hose between tube and hydraulic pump. They have a tendency to crack and allow air to be sucked into the pump.

Deadheading at the 3 point hitch could be a cause, but usually the system gets weaker the longer it runs. By time it stops working, usually the transmission case is VERY hot. If that's the case, it's possible that the lift feedback rod is out of adjustment...or lift lever bent to cause it to be out of adjustment.

Suction filter could be plugged or partially plugged. Contaminated fluid. What kind of fluid is in it? Super UDT2 or?
