Kubota l3410 range problem

My Kubota l3410 will shift and hold in gear for high and low but won’t hold in medium range. If I manually hold the shifter it’ll operate in medium but as soon as I let off the lever it pops out

Which L3410 do you have?
They do not all have the same range linkage.
