Kubota L2900

[Kubota L2900]

Recently purchased a Kubota L2900 that I am going to refurbish and there is no power to the dash or switch. Found a 2 prong plug near the starter that did not have anything connected to it. One prong is 12.6 volts and the other is obviously not powered. What goes into this plug? Thanks in advance for any information.

There should be a green 40 amp slow blow fuse in the holder.
