If nothing changed then it's 100% in the three point valve and not in the loader valve.
Pulling the three point valve out and apart might help to see if something is amiss like why does the selector valve on the side flop around.

Just got finished taking the valve a lose and cleaning everything out and put it all back together and hooked it up on the tractor with out the loader and everything worked fine. So I hooked the loader up and it's all working now. I don't know if something was stuck r it just lost pressure but everything is as it should be now. Thanks for all the help
