#1 thing that pops in my mind when it happens all of the sudden is that the feed back rod that goes from the top three point arm to the hydraulic control has either become damaged or fallen off.
Look at that linkage. ;)

Wolfman means that there is a small linkage on the tractor that may be out of whack, not the linkage between the tractor and the implement.

The linkage is a small rod on the left side (if you are sitting in the seat) that connects to the small arm that lifts the longer arms of the 3 point hitch. The short arm are called rock shafts (if I remember correctly).

I believe the small rod will go through a small tab and have two nuts to lock the tab in place. Something may have fallen off or is loose.

Does that model have a 3pt shutoff valve or speed control adjustment that got moved?

Here is the feed back rod location, also check that the lever is actually moving the valve, like if a roll pin or bolt has fallen out of the connection between the lever and valve.
Was the implement up when you transported it?
If it was up when loaded then dropped while in transit it's possible that it has blown the seal out of the piston.

No Everything was down the loader and the 3 point when I got to the job I was doing it picked right up and I used the loader for a little while and I put it down to grade it off a little bit and it never came back up

Ok so I took everything a lose turned the engine over and there is oil pimping put of every hole so I know it's not the pump. So I put everything back together and started the tractor up and and still nothing from the 3 point. So I set the rpms to about 2100 and lifted the arm up and still nothing. So I left the arm up and picked the loader all the way up and put it down and the arms came gradually each time I did this (about 5 times) they stayed up so I put them down and they did not come back up. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems to me like the loader is getting all the pressure.

You will have to post some pictures of how they have the loader hooked up.
Does it have 2 or 3 in and out lines?
If it has 3 it sounds like the loader valve is bypassing all the fluid strait to the tank.
If it has 2 lets hope when they hooked it up they installed it with a tee instead of putting it in line.
Like I said pictures and hose routing and hook up locations would be great.

Ok, first thing you need to do is disconnect the 2 lines running to the loader and hook them to each other, that will eliminate the chance that anything is going on with the loader valve.
I really don't think that is the problem, it's sounding like it's the pressure relief valve is week or broken and it's bleeding out, activating the loader holds pressure then floods the valve causing it to lift the three point.;)

EDIT:
Looking at the three point valve there looks to be a selector on the side, flat handled lever. Try moving that lever and see if anything changes.

With the hoses looped did anything change?

I don't know if it will help in this situation as I've not seen that manual, but normally getting the WSM (Work Shop Manual) for your tractor would be my next step as we need to know what that lever does and any other information we can get.

The WSM is P/N 70000-70173 $22.37:
