What hydraulic/trans fluid I'd to be used? Can't seem to get a clear answer.
What engine oil recommended?
Lastly, anyone have/know of availability of manual?

I think you have a gray market tractor and will have to figure out what model it is similar to and get that manual at Kubota books dot com

For the fluid, I assume it is a manual gear drive transmission so you can use universal tractor transmission/hydraulic fluid like Kubota UDT or this

At the time the tractor was manufactured the manual would probably recommend 80 wt gear oil since that was all there was available

I would recommend UDT or as mentioned any hydraulic fluid should be fine.

AS for engine oil - I would use 10w30 or even 5w-30 if you can get, the latter simply for the cold weather start up.

AS for a model that is very close to your L2201, the L245 used the same engine.

I'm running a ZL2202DT,using UTD or equivalent in the drive box and 10W-30 diesel in the engine,there is a bunch of Japanese under the hood that I scanned with my smart phone using Google translate

I don't know where you're located but older tractors generally used a 15W-40 oil, diesel rated of course. You could go with 5W-50 for easier starts in cold weather. I live in Washington state and 15W-40 starts easily enough here even with a tractor kept outdoors in a shed.
