Kubota L 3000 with Woods FEL

I was wondering if anybody can tell me what these are on the Woods FEL?
There’s one on each side of the Loader.
I don’t have a clue!

I think that is use to store chain and small tool for the tractor.

I store tools and chain in those tubes.
I use plumber waste line expanding pressure test plugs as end caps.
