Kubota Illustrated Parts List Site Problems

Is anyone else having trouble with Kubota's Illustrated Parts Site today or recently? I'm trying to trouble shoot my M59's backhoe not swinging left and for some reason when try to get diagrams I get the following message " Access in only US Market." The only button shown says "return" and after clicking that it returns "An illegal access was generated." I have tried accessing the diagrams with Chrome, IE and Firefox and I get the same message each time. Any help is appreciated and perhaps someone knows another location to get exploded parts diagrams?

Apparently, even Kubota employees/parts-counters are having problems too.

Glad I saw this, I was getting ready to blame Spectrum for a routing problem.

I had notified them (Kubota) over the weekend of the issue. As of two minutes ago received and email they are aware of the situation and working on it.
