Many times while I'm reading the posts here, I wish I knew what size and model tractor people are discussing. If someone says they are having trouble attaching a brush mower to a Bxxxxx tractor or They really like a feature on the Lxxxxx tractor - I would like to be able to look at that model to get a feel for size and build. Most of the time I don't know if someone is talking about an 8 wheel drive 300 hp or a 14 hp lawn mower.

Is there a model look-up site anywhere a guy could see these different models? Once in a while I will cut and paste the model number in Google and look for it there but sometimes it's a pain in the neck.

No not really. I've been around tractors for so long that I know which one is which. The best way I can explain it to you is Kubota has five different class of tractors.

Sub-compact
BX series

Compact
B series

Mid size
L series

Tractor loader backhoe.
Bx B L and M

Ag / Utility
Mx and M series

This page from Kubota's site might help clear up things with the newer models.

That's a good list. It'll help me to know if it's a big'un of a little'un.

Or you can go here to get all makes and models http://www.tractordata.com/farm-tractors/index.html handy
I've been to the tractordata site 100s of times and didn't even know that list and the follow-up information even existed.

You guys are great. Thanks.
