Hello, I have an older Kubota Gr 2110, and I've been experiencing issues where the tractor stops when I turn to the right and only moves forward when I straighten the Wheel. The model I have has the older cable-operated setup, and I was wondering if I could just remove the glide steer somehow and run it without it, because I'm not worried about tearing up the ground, and I would want to worry about it anymore and the previous owner already bypassed the hydraulic line in the front. I would greatly appreciate any advice and suggestions.

I see you didn't get any responses, how did you go with this? When you turn right, the right rear wheel should stop rotating, if the left has stopped rotating as well then you will not go anywhere, check the glidesteer cable on the left side. The obvious thing to check is whether the clutch is engaging on both rear wheels, ideally with all four wheels off the ground. Turn full lock left - and turn full lock right to check whether you have any power getting to each rear wheel, if not check the cable linkages on both sides. The point of these tractors is the practical zero turn aspect, i don't know why you would want to disable that, and cause additional stress on the transmission.

I wasn't actually expecting any response, only noticed this unusual query still floating. As I have just had my first clutch cable issue, thought it was worth mentioning the obvious. I'm sure there are many other owners of 2110s around 4-500 hours now that will experience a similar problem. BTW - Kubota cables @ ~$40USD seems quite cheap to me, as the same cable costs ~$65USD down here..
