terrible today have clean all pipes and tank still going crap when pto engaged not able to put grass in box any ideas

I take it you also replaced fuel filters as well?? Exactly what is it you have.. tractor model?
Or is it that I just don't know what a g23 high tip is..

I'm not sure what else to check other than the electrical part of the pto if it is switched. Maybe even safety switches?
