Sounds like you're dealing with a Corporate dealer. What I mean by that, is that in the local area south of me, there's a dozen dealers, everything from push mowers to heavy equipment; and they're ALL owned by the SAME high-profit outfit. Can't get the time of day out of them, even with the clock tower striking 10AM outside!

I started calling around, and ended up buying a little ways out of the area, in more of the farming community up in Hood River and found a dealer that's family-owned, and wants to do business. They were also several thousand dollars cheaper than the knuckle... I mean people, in the metro area. I can't say enough good about Sheppards, they really treated me well.

That said, try calling out of your local area. Bet you do better...

4 of the 5 dealers I have delt with have been top shelf the 5th mid shelf. Yes you need to shop around to get the best deal. For me I love the way Sound Tractor in Everett, Wa treated me.

Our Kubota dealer is Davis Farm Supply and is a family owned business serving the community for well over fifty years and has dealer in two locations, another a few miles closer is so-so at best, so Kubota is like everyone else, some good, some bad and some so-so.

I just bought my New Kubota, One Dealer took 3 Weeks to Even Give me a Quote. One was a Big Dealer with 6 Locations, all they wanted to do was Bad Mouth All the Dealer Around. So I went out about 30 Miles and Tried a Small Family Owned Dealer, GREAT Service, Much Better Price. I had a Problem with my New Tractor after 6 Hours, they were here 2 Hours After I called, Picked it up, and are to return it today.

I have found there is only one way to get any interest or service from my local dealer..... I have to pin 50K to the front of my shirt, then they will notice me.....
