Anyone have issues with Kubota Credit Customer Service?

i am a new poster that purchased a BX2380 four years ago and financed it with Kubota Credit. I was setup with auto-payments and have been paying for years without issue. I recently contacted them about a payoff and issues logging into my account and that is when things went sideways.

After my negative experience, i looked at the Google reviews of this part if the company and its not good. Anyone else have massive issues with Kubota Credit?

My issue is that they seem to have a horrifically inept customer service department that are unable to solve or escalate basic issues. Rude individuals that do not seem to care.

Three years now, no issues. I called them once to change my automatic payment account and it was done quickly without problems.

I am three years in with no issues as well but never had to deal with their customer service department since origination. I figured that this may not be the place to post this as there are obviously many types of experiences that people have had but a quick Google search will show you how bad they are. I personally will not finance another machine with them. Just offering a buyer beware heads-up for those that are in the market. If you are settled on buying a Kubota, look for financing from another source. Incredible products. Horrific Kubota Credit customer service folks.

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with their customer service. I would call back and hope that you get a different service agent.

I’d recommend people look at their Google reviews or the Better Busiess Bureau website. Again, perhaps not the best place to post this as a warning due to fanboys but the reviews are out there. Compared them to reviews on the same sites for other makes. Kubota has an issue. Ignore it at your own peril.

As an aside, 159 reviews is a very very small slice of the pie. 10s of thousands of pieces of equipment have been financed through them.

I too never had a problem. Agree with Evil Twin based on how many people have had loans with them the overall negative number is not bad. Human nature is to only review when bad experience.

Paid off my 60 month loan in May of this year, less than a month past and I had a letter from Kubota Credit saying they released the lien on the tractor, and all is good. Never had to call Customer Service once, as nothing ever went wrong with the auto pay.

Over the past 8-1/2 years I've financed four tractors, numerous implements and a folding rotary cutter through Kubota Credit and never had a single problem. The only time I've ever had to call them was a few weeks ago to get the pay off amount for the folding cutter (RC3712). There was a discrepency related to the insurance that Kubota requires, and it turned out that the payoff amount was less than that shown in my account details.

All in all I couldn't ask for a better credit experience whether it's the initiation of the loan, credit report, their website, the rates, etc.

How many of the negative Google reviews are from those that have defaulted on loans and had the piece of equipment repossessed, or who were rejected due to poor credit history? You never know the details related to a bad review.

I called to get early payoff. Very pleasant to deal with. Paid it off early and in about a month got a letter saying everything was paid. I did call them once cuz I needed to make sure my payment was received. They were very nice and easy to deal with. I had mailed the payment and that was the hold up. I set up auto pay after that and it worked great. Very pleasant experience

Learn something new never saw the ignore link. I wont ignore since like to see both sides. Do find it off putting to join a forum and first posts are negative about compny and product. I joined to support the product and learn from others. Mostly to troubleshoot and to assist others troubleshoot.

I’ve used the ignore feature twice: once on purpose, once accidentally (no clue how I did that). It works quite well. If another member routinely gets under your skin, regardless whether justified or not, you are notified there’s ignored content but you have to proactively click on a link to view the ignored content.

I had the same experience without any issues, paid it off early, no problems with Kubota Credit.
