My tractor was paid off in August and I was wondering if I was supposed to receive anything from them stating that it was paid for. I know you do not have a title for a tractor, but I though I would receive a bill of sale or something. They did call me a try to sell me more insurance, but that is all. Thanks

We had the same situation come up. We paid off our tractor last June. Got to wondering about a paid-in-full letter not arriving. Finally in late September the papers came in with a thank note. Apparently they just don't get in any hurry.
I contacted them thru their website with my account #. I am waiting to see if they respond to my email.
As someone who has used John Deere financial and Kubota credit (I have loans with both right now) I will say that John Deere is way ahead of Kubota. They send a statement every month and when it is paid off you receive the release in short order. I like my Kubotas and my Deeres but if all else was equal and the financing was the end decision maker it would come home green and yellow.
If you are in the states, look at your Secretary of State's website for UCC filings. Kubota should have filed a document satisfying the lien. Messicks had a good video explaining the UCC filings
As others have stated I received a pay off letter and thank you but it took a while. I wasn’t in a hurry to receive it so I didn’t worry about it.
As mentioned by ZTMAN, I would want to be sure the UCC-1 was released. Funny how things can come back n bite you much later.
I bought a commercial bldg in 1976. Sometime in the 80's used it as collateral for a bank loan. Loan paid off in a couple of years. Fast forward to 2018 and I sell the building. Oops try to sell the building. The old lien still there : Bank is long gone, bought by Fleet, also long gone who was then bought by Bank of America. Delayed closing about a month (only because BOA was helpful).

Now that you mention it I believe the same thing happened for me, at least now you know they’re aware that it’s paid off. Im sure

I got contacted pretty quick when I paid off the zero turn. Especially KTAC about continuing the insurance coverage.
It took about 3 months or so before we got a pay off notice though.

Well, after 6 months I still have not received anything from Kubota Credit so I called them. They said they would email me something but I have not received anything in 2 days. Why can`t people just do their job.

At year end I get a statement stating how much interest paid, which is 0.00, and balance owed. That is the only correspondence I get from them and would suffice as a payoff once that point is reached. Miss a payment and I bet you would hear from them, lol. Mine are automatically paid by my bank for 59 payments, number 60 is less so I will have to pay it separately.
Well, I contacted them for a 3rd time about 3 weeks ago. Made sure they had correct address and email address. I still have not received anything. The woman I spoke with did not seem very intelligent to say the least. I`m gonna wait a couple of more weeks and call back and be an a__ hole. This is BS.
