Is this for your 2650? With the tires filled, I've not had a load yet that needed extra ballast. It will lift a overflowing bucket of wet crusher run gravel without issue. If you don't have the tires filled and you are using forks to lift heavier objects, you could need ballast in a hurry. The ballast does not come with the loader. Be careful and add ballast as needed.

I was told today in a new thread that the B5320 ballast box ( made by Kubota ) is *NOT* Quick Hitch compatible. Did you buy the B5320 and it works with the Quick Hitch ?There are 2, definitely get the B5320. I bought the B8160 and sold it due to not fitting a quick hitch. I wish I new there was 2
