Kubota b6100 left rear wheel wont spin

hi I have a kubota b6100 I just got,I've finally got it running and it seems I need a new clutch/throw out bearing...also my left rear wheel will only move in neutral when in forward or reverse it just seems to drag,are these somehow related or possibly just frozen brake?

If it was a frozen brake it would not move in neutral.

Also the opposite wheel would slightly raise when shifting between gears

I think you need to explain more. In neutral, the tractor should not move right? The rear wheels should not want to move right? Do you mean in neutral, you try to move the rear wheel yourself, it seems to be locked and will not rotate?

I am not sure I can help anyway, but if you are more descriptive of what is actually happening, someone here may be able to offer some ideas...

can you move the tractor on the wheel? jack up the tractor ant se what happening when you tru drive with the wheels free
