Started off with whining while in gear as tractor warmed up would become more hesitant to lift and start delaying response then whining stopped at same time lift stopped working first tractor sp not entirely familiar with the mechanics of it but am mechanically inclined. Tried checking screen under seat on bolt that goes thru line no screen there at all.

Sadly if someone has removed the filter screen then the pumps probably wore out.
Pull it and have a look.
Also replace the screen before you put a new pump on it.

Do all the basic checks before tearing it apart, especially if it was working OK yesterday so to speak.
Check hydraulic oil level, drain a bit from the drain plug underneath to check oil quality and contamination. Your screen may be broken off and sitting in the bottom, or you have check the wrong bolt. Recheck the manuals to be sure. Make sure you have the 3pt down when checking the FEL lift. I do believe your looking at the wrong line/bolt, it a much larger suction pipe below the smaller pressure pipe.

The Hydraulic pump is behind the Injection pump, it's the pump that has 2 lines, one large, one smaller running to it. ;)
