Stock ones have plastic ends that just pull apart.
Window won’t stay up, pain in the a**.
Anyone know where I could order 4 replacements, called dealer but NO help.

Try NAPA they usually have something that they can get. Take tractor model number and serial number and strut with you

I ordered one online for my R420. Then mistake I made was that I underestimated the lifting power of the cylinder. 30 lbs wasn't nearly enough.

Since your dealer is not helpful, suggest you look at Messicks. The parts diagram shows the doors and rear hatch P/N's along with the SN breaks. P/N's differ depending on Tractor SN.

Most P/N's look to be available except for the lower SN rear hatch. There is a message to call them.

Given the price Kubota is asking, I hope you can find a suitable part with the link provide in an earlier post.
