I own an older Kubota B21 TLB that has a tendency to randomly stall or lose power without notice. If left to sit for a while it will usually start and run fine until the next time. I think it is a fuel related issue but I would appreciate any ideas.

Bet you are correct - fuel related.
Empty tank - change filter(s)- check air filter -open throttle - bleed lines - report back

Here's what made my BX23s 'run real rough'........ 1/4" half bagle shaped piece of plastic in in the tank, found that AFTER changing both fuel filters......sigh. I have NO idea what it is or how long it'd been in the tank, it finally just bounced or floated to plug the drain hole.......

The other option would be a failing stop/run solenoid, or safety switch controlling it.
Does it bog down or just shut off?
Any smoke before or after?

Both those things point to a fuel delivery issue.
I would go through every part of the system and see if there is any flow issues.

The B21is still stalling, just stops running. There is normally a single clicking sound like a relay or switch when the key is turned to the warm position, after it stalls there is no click so when the key is turned to start and it will crank but doesn't start.
It seems like an electrical issue.

Sounds like the fuel solenoid North Idaho Wolfman mentioned in post 5. You could temporarily wire a 12v bulb in parallel with it to determine if power to the solenoid is intermittent.
