Kubota B 7000 fan belt/v-belt

First of all: This is a great site. I admire the work and efforts which are invested here.

I purchased a nice little B 7000 a few days ago. Currently I am planning the first maintenance. (Used the given information here to order filters for the little friend, thanks for that).

Now I discovered that the v-belt looks damaged and I want to replace it. Is there also a serial number or something I can use to order that? I know that I need a handbook and already ordered one, but it is still on the way.

Thanks for any advice in advance. By the way: I live in Germany so it will be pretty difficult to go to the next US-dealer .

Hope this helps. Most everything I get here needs to be shipped on the slow boat as well. Air Freight is simply too expensive.

But as far as I can see they do not support my B 7000 (graymarket), right? Does anyone know what could be a equivalent part?

the V-belt is not extremely special. Remove it and take it your local hardware or automobile supply store, they should find one that fits well.

You should be able to match it at any auto store that sells v-belts. It will be an A-width belt and just match the length.
