Has anyone purchased KTAC after purchasing their tractor vs standard insurance group -
I do not add it to my homeowners as I take it off my property …

also those with multiple attachments - are you insuring those as well ?

I did. Everything I bought on the transaction is covered. Tractor, pallet forks, and rotary cutter.

I kept mine on everything I have. And I’ll keep it as long as I’ve got the tractor and attachments

At least in '21 when I bought my LX. KTAC ( for tractors purchased without a loan). Was not replacement cost coverage. Plus it was much more costly than a inland marine policy added to my homeowner policy ( my insurance does cover attachments as well. But it also is only ACV coverage like KTAC is. It also covers the tractor and attachments off my property). Note if you are using the equipment for business use you need to get commercial not personal insurance.

Sorry but Apparently I was wrong or mislead a few years ago but KTAC will not insure a tractor purchased through a private party.

Interesting I was pretty sure I was told they would a long time ago. Another interesting thing that I dont have actual proof of but when I was shopping recently I found that a John Deere of similar value is cheaper to insure than a Kubota by quite a bit.
