Just in case there's a clean used tractor out there waiting for me to see it. Having a cab with A/C seems more appealing now than it did only 6 years ago when we had the L3200 delivered. The 20,000 BTU heater takes care of winter. Doors lift off for warm weather, and the shade provided by the remaining part of the cab provides shade. With the 12V fan, it is better than being on an open station in the sun. Pollen and dust bother me more than the heat unless it's extremely hot.

Wifey was born and raised on a farm and likes diesels. She did make me feel a little inadequate when she referred to my L3200 as "Jim's garden tractor" the last time we shopped. Yesterday we took a quick look at a couple tractors. Her impressions:

B2650 ("That tractor looks funny")

L3430 ("Your tractor looks a lot nicer than that")

Ah, sounds like you'll have to go up in size to an L3560 Hsdc. I have heard the cabs are really nice on them, quieter than the B2650, and for sure the transmissions are way nicer. :D

Isn't it great to be looking at new iron?

What is wrong with looking at something new? DPF?

You know that you have to keep the wife happy so if she wants bigger, give it to her.

You are talking about a tractor,,,,right
Yes, but the other popped into my head as I was rereading it.
Wonder why I didn't change it??? :D

Hmmm. Wonder why she picked me 48 years ago:D
My wife keeps telling me, it was because it was the first chance she had to leave home.
