Slow boat more like it. 1800 Rpm governed engine. as sold. Looks like it could be turned up to max 2800 intermitent.

If anywhere, it would go in to Fabrication and Customization as that motor and most of anything else from Surplus Center could fit on your kubota but it's not stock.

Note for anyone else reading: That motor would not be a good use in a tractor as it doesn't have a variable throttle, it's meant more for use in generator.
