hey all, new here and just got a B1700HD. as I'm going through it, checking everything, and it seems the joystick for the loader is a bit loose. how can i make it tighter?

It's not a great picture but when I move the joystick all the way up it tends to click a bit, and the bottom I can push up and down on it seems like I should be able to do that. It just seems kind of loose and I don't want it to get worse and not work.
