Joe,
Yes I deleted your latest comments and ramblings.
I came to your defense several times in you other thread.
I'm sorry if you feel you are being picked on but your thread went off the rails and everyone noticed.

I will not allow the mud slinging to carry on.
In any direction.

I closed your thread without deleting it or banning you.
Even though you gave me a very vague answer to why you made deletes and edits.
I'm now questioning if my choice of letting you stay and keep posting was the best choice.

Please make productive threads, posts and questions and answers or we will have to part ways.

There have been times i appreciated being able to fix typos/ mistakes.

I had an informative thread on another site that lost its pics due to s third party photo host. I repopulated the pics about a week ago on a "sticky" thread from 2007.

I think you see many people - well, rather a few that only post in one section or two - one being the daily chuckle!! And their post count if you could separate joke telling from tractor helping would be 95-5%
Guilty as charged, with being a 95% chucklehead. That said, I try to refrain from posting about topics I haven’t personally encountered. If there is a topic about a tractor hardware issue, I try only to comment on those issues I’ve experienced with my model.

I see too many of the theoretical poster types in search of relevance, giving out advice that either is a complete waste of time and money, or worse yet, might cause something (owned by other people, of course) to blow up.

Don't want to open another can of worms about someone re-shaping their world with a blobbed together japan robot, but another thread about moderation got me to thinking about the old days when I was a moderator.

We had a member who had far more posts than anyone else on the forum, on the order of 5 times as many as the next closest member.
He regularly bragged that he was the biggest contributor on the forum, when in reality, he contributed virtually nothing.
After anyone else's posts, he would post "Cool!", "Wow!", "Neat!", "Nice!", "Yeah!", "Awesome!", etc, etc, etc, endlessly.
Picture how your post count would go up if you did that after every post on this forum.

I finally met the guy at a Rhino Crash, and as near as I could tell, the guy had little to nothing going on or going right in his life.
I think his ego required that he be the best or the top at something, and post count was all he could manage.
He was a nice enough guy if you could get past his braggadocio, but it was kinda sad too.

I wonder if a certain guy had some of the same tendencies?
This reminds me of an experience my mother had with online dating after my step-dad passed away.

She was talking to this guy up in Vermont. He stated he had kids, was one of the lead guards at the state jail in the area.

He really puffed up who he was. Listed that he was fairly tall, among other eccentric behavior.

We she had a trip scheduled with her sister to Vermont. So mom drove to Illinois where my aunt was staying with her husband (pipeline welding inspector) and traveled to my aunts home in Vermont.

Well mom had scheduled a meet up with him and when it came time, the dude tried backing out.

Well mom laid it on thick and guilted him into meeting her.

She's talking on the phone with him after she parked. He hadn't gotten there yet but was walking.

She's looking for someone tall and fit.

Well the guy says, you should see me coming up the sidewalk talking on my phone!!!

Mom looked up and here comes this dude, 5'0" tall and portly 😂🤣😂🤣🤣😂🤣

Come to find out he had his Webcam sitting on a coffee table while he sat on the couch looking down at it.

And everything he said about the job, kids and all was total BS.

He was a short, fat, middle aged man, that hadn't done anything with his life 🙄🙄🙄
