Yeah I called the dealer again, he said it is already to go but for the 3rd function, Lord knows how long they have to wait on it from LP. So now the we wait, but at least thats better than the 10 weeks I was told to start with

Hopefully you will have better luck than me. I had to wait 6 weeks, then LP sent the wrong one, waited 7 more weeks to get the right one.
Yet, now that I have it, don't know how a person would do without one. I use the 3rd function all the time.

Why don't you take delivery of the tractor and when the 3rd function get to the dealer, have them install it?

Congrats.. I just got my BX2680 a week ago, no 3rd function though! Maybe down the road when I get more attachments.
Congrats..... I am waiting for the top n tilt kit and a valve to complete my order.
Tuesday is the drop dead day. If they don't show, put on the stuff that is there, 3rd function, canopy, etc and let me have it.
My dealer did give me a rental at nc. And I truly appreciate that plus I got stuff done, I just want mine.

I feel your pain. My LX3310 was supposed to be ready this week and no word from the dealer yet!
I hope they aren't having to wait for the third function kit to arrive!

Spoiled brat lol, congrats my friend you deserve it. Sure hope you ordered in a grapple to go with it, one heck of a back saver.
I had the dealer deliver everything they had so I could start using the thing. My third function has been on order since September 15th and this week I went in to the dealer to rattle their cage and was told that they've been invoiced for my third function but it hasn't shown up yet.
They are going to pick the tractor and FEL up at my house, install the third function and bring it back N/C.
I'm picking up my Precision Mfg 333D72 grapple on the 30th. It was bigger, better, and cheaper than the LP one from the dealer...much more beefy, opens bigger 52", has dual lids, made in Sedalia, MO. Had to get it through a JD dealer in Angola, IN.
Congrats on the new tractor! You will use it for everything imaginable!

I go in for a demo tomorrow morning and then they will deliver it, according to the salesman! It does have the third function but I will have to wait for the wheel spacers. I am a traveling man also.

Seems to be a theme. When they delivered my new LX3310 last Tuesday it was without the 3rd function kit, that they "just realized" didn't come in with the rest of the order. But at least I have the tractor for now. Who knows how long the wait will be on the 3rdF given all the comments above with this being a rare part.
When I pushed and gave my dealer the drop dead date that I was picking up my tractor, options installed or not, seemed to help. Coincidentally each day he let me know something else came in. I picked up my tractor, the top n tilt kit was not in.
I feel my dealer did what he could. As a business owner needing a piece of equipment, when I am told " on backorder" I hear we don't have it and I need to go to someone who does or work with what I have because I can't make a decision when the information is "I got nothing".
