Drained fuel, pulled glow plugs and tested them, fiddled with everything mentioned, took apart and cleaned everything that came apart - and it started!!!

HOT DAMN! There's good news!! Thanks for reporting back to us and letting us know you got her up and running again. Most people come here and ask eleventybillon questions, take our info and run and we never know if it works or not.
