I bought a used L225 earlier this year. It came with several extra parts that I am tired of storing and would love to sell but I have no idea if there is a market for them or what to ask if there is.

I have 2 Bridgestone 13.6 x 16 turf tires mounted on Kubota 6 bolt rims that do NOT fit my L225. No idea whick Kubota they are for but I imagine if you need them you know what you are looking for! They measure about 5 7/8" bolt centers.

I have 2 Bridgestone tires that I bellieve are referred to as "patty " tires. I hope that is right, anyway! They look like they aould be great for pulling contests... 11.2 x 24.

There are 2 Kubota wheels. 6 bolt with 6 inch centers.

Finally, an adjustable front axle with wheel and tires. The tires are like new. I took this off my L225 so I know it fits said model.

I would love to know if I can sell this stuff and if so, how much do I ask? I am not looking to get rich here but do not want to cheat myself either.

Thanks for any input!

Thanks. I will do that if that is what local protocol indicates I should do. :)
I placed the question here because I really did not want to advertise them for sale in a national forum but was asking if there is a market for them and if so how much I should ask for them if I advertise them locally.

I am afraid that the weight makes them impossible to sell and ship. Perhaps I am wrong or over thinking the problem. I think I would let them sit in the fruit cellar and go to waste before I try to ship them.

Thank you for your reply. I will now try to figure out if I can move the original post or if I should write a new one in the tires and wheels section.

You can place ads on craigslist and in local papers- we have a Bulletin Board that is free to advertise in. I've sold tractor tires that way, and real fast. Lots of tractors use the same sizes, so they should sell easy. The axle will probably be harder to move.
Used tires, and what they bring, don't make them feasible to ship. If I were to pay the price for the tire and the shipping, I would just buy new locally. So, selling your used tires locally is your best option.

Copy and paste the original thread in the tire and wheel section and see what happens or post it to our in house classifieds
