Anybody know the difference between the big "K" compact tractors and Bobcat compact tractors?
For some reason I keep getting mail from Bobcat, I know the skid steers are good machines but I have never heard about their tractors,,, Anybody?

Skeets, I think you discover they are made in South Korea. Back in about 2010 Bobcat and Kioti were the same tractor. Then Bobcat quit selling them. Bobcat is actually home based in North Dakota.

Skeets - - - 'Cat got it. Bobcat tractors are re-badged something.

They were Kioti last I knew, but maybe something else now.

I see some Bobcat Tractor ads here on OTT regularly now.

At one time the Bobcat Tractors were coming from Agco. The Bobcat was the same as my Massey Ferguson 1528. They are not very strong tractors. Pretty nice looking but they do not hold up well.

Doosan (South Korea) bought bobcat in 2007. As others have mentioned, previous bobcat compacts were made by daedong (Kioti). Current bobcat compact tractors are made by daedong (Kioti). Like ask tractor Mike says, why by a Kioti tractor painted in bobcat colors, sold to bobcat, then sold to their dealers, then sold to customer?

Bobcat Company has introduced 15 new models of compact utility tractors ranging from 21 to 58 horsepower. Bobcat previously sold Daedong-built compact tractors from 2008 to 2013. The new tractors are the result of a new partnership between Daedong and Doosan, Bobcat's parent company. Daedong is currently in the US market with their Kioti brand.
