As I am new to this tractor and this brand I wonder if someone could help.
The tractor temp, never moves off cold, I even tried the block heater and it still said cold after 40 min of snow blowing, temp was +2c with wind chill of _7c but it should have moved- radiator and block are warm and water is filed ibn both rad and overflow, full anti= freeze mix.

Second, is the steering wheel, it will not stay centered, I thought the wheel had been put on off center and tried to recenter by removing it, never managed to shift it from the splines, I am thinking I will ask the dealer to remove it , just in case it needs to be done when out of warranty. The dealer solution was to put the wheel on full lock, I have the snowblower stops mounted and turn the wheel until the thing centered. He said it would do no harm. as it is a Hydraulic pump, not a rack.
Fair enough but every time you use it it is needing the same action to re-center,is this normal?

Should I be concerened about either?

The steering issue is normal for hydrostatic power steering. Since there is no mechanical connection between steering wheel and front wheels, the steering wheel will creep to different positions.
As far as the temperatures go, it wouldn't hurt to check your radiator, upper hose etc with an infrared temp gun. My older B2400 would show just above C in the winter time, but temp check showed plenty of heat in motor.

Gauge issue could be an issue with sending unit, gauge, or wire between the two.

With hydrostatic steering your steering wheel will constantly be changing where it winds up with the wheels straight. It seems like on mine I sometimes even have to keep turning the wheel slightly to keep the wheels straight.

Our B7510 spent two hours blowing snow yesterday. It has a heated cab and the engine was making enough heat that I had to take my coat off as I was getting too warm, but needed the heat to keep the windshield defrosted. I, too, was looking at the temp gauge with great interest as the needle never went any higher than covering the upper portion of the "C" marking on the gauge. Still, the engine was warm, performed beautifully, and had sufficient excess heat to keep me warm, too!

Thanks for the explanation on steering Mikey and Deerslayer - I had been noticing "creep" in the wheel position, too. Man, is it ever nice to steer with one finger!

There shouldn't be any "creep" on your 7510 as it has a hydraulic assisted steering box, drag link and tie rod, like an older car does. Hydrostatic steering uses a hydraulic ram to do all the steering and an orbital valve to meter to it via hydraulic hoses...no "mechanical" connection.

Hmmm... Scratching the old noggin here and thinking about what I've been feeling in the steering wheel, thanks to your comment, Mikey. Now that I apply a little more noodle power I realize what's going on. With the front-mount blower there's a fair bit of weight out front. The change in steering wheel position was really more likely a result of driving the machine down the road, a road that has a crown graded into it, so I was steering against the crown. Then, when working on the laneways, they are all flat, so I wasn't steering against the crown. DOH! I shoulda' thought of that!

Thanks for the insight into the steering, it is just being new to this remote type of steering takes a little getting used to.
I will check connections but as the block and radiator are both warm, I assume it is just very efficient.
I envy your cab and by next year I might have mine built, it is way too cold to work in the shop unless essential, which this is not.
I am wearing an old motorcycle full face helmet and that is way better than the goggles.
Front blower did very well dealing with the latest 8inches of wet snow and as you said all done with one finger.
