I have a Kubota g4200 and am having injection pump issues. Fuel is getting to the pump but it's not pressurizing like it should, the fuel is barely squirting out instead of shooting out like it should. I'm wondering, should I replace the injection pump springs, they're more than likely the originals, to fix this or does the whole pump need a rebuild? Any help is greatly appreciated!

With the injector line off of the pump, fuel will not squirt from the pump, it's more of a soft short fountain at cranking speed.
Fuel pressure is controlled by the injectors not the pump. ;)

The fuel is coming out of the pump nozzle like maybe an inch before gravity sends it to the ground. Is that normal? I'm 100 percent new to this kinda stuff and a guy I found on YouTube says it should shoot out like six feet.
