yeah first you have to know the system. Secondly it's advisable to throw most of the online information you see on this subject away because it's not quite valid. Close but not quite. There is more than one relief. The correct WSM will show it/them. There is also possibility of linkages issues with the valve/cables/controller. Anyone who has any experience with hydraulic systems--even basic systems such as the M7060--will be able to diagnose it pretty quickly.Lugbolt
I agree good diagnostics & common sense is a must when attempting to repair hyd problems.
I also agree hyd filters need to be changed if that hasn't been performed lately.
Due to the fact of what you stated against initially adjusting relief valve would you please outline the steps you would utilize in diagnosing/repairing this tractor's hyd low pressure reading?
Thank you,Jim
Does the tractor have any accessories installed? Rear remotes or anything on the rear remotes currently? Does it have a third function valve? Does it have a self-leveling valve on the loader? If so, what brand/type? Any other hydraulic accessories installed? Was the loader factory installed or installed later? Has this been an ongoing issue or did it happen all at once while in operation?
The more a tech knows about a problem the quicker, cheaper, and more effective he/she is in ultimately and properly diagnosing and repairing it.
