Impressed with the BX capabilities!

My bx23s has done all that I have asked of it and more, just have to plan out the attack on the task well, are there times I wish it could lift more-yes, are there times I wish it had higher ground clearance - yes, etc… , but for 90% of the time it does what I ask of it and more. When I was looking to buy I really wanted the B2650 but couldn’t pull the trigger due to cost, and the bx23s with its backhoe has saved me on many projects during my current house build, don’t believe anybody that says it’s just a glorified garden tractor, as they probably have not used a bx23s much if at all.

I 100% agree. My bx2200 isn’t going to till acres of ground, but around my 5 acres it does Great.
While I don’t condone unsafe tractor behavior, with a little creativity you can safely accomplish a ton.
I have tons of pics of projects I have done, but not gonna clutter the thread with them.

new in 2014) has helped me build everything, clear tens of trees every year, and helps me cut firewood too.
I have saved myself more money hiring help, than I have spent on my BX and all the implements.

Built multiple out buildings, moved huge beams, logs, regularly grade (1400’ driveway) roads and trails, dug stumps, cleared TONS of brush.

My BX23S did EVERYTHING I needed done before I sold the 1acre builing lot property, now my neighbours let me do 'stuff' on their land as I have zero need for it at my house

Would I like an LX, MX or Grand L? Sure, you betcha.

For me, I wanted the thing parked inside and only one machine would fit, so a BX it was.
Bonus is that it fits into small spaces around my yard, walkways, between cars, trees etc.

I disagree. My garden tractor has only a 17.5 Briggs & Stratton on it, and has plenty of power to mow the yard, roll the yard, pull a seeder, and tow small garden trailers.

Well then... from a hp/cubic area standpoint you have the equivalent of a MX5400 which is a "real man's" tractor and definitely not a toy.
