Implement dollys.

I see there has been a couple of posts asking how people are making there implement dollys, so I though I would share mine. In the spring I bought a 20 ft shipping container to store my implements in which I finally got all repainted. What a job that was!! I bought furniture dollys like most people on here do and put them together with 2x6s and2x4s so implements would sit on them safely and I can roll the by hand in my shipping container. The first ones I made were for my boxblade and my rototiller.

I recently bought a King Kutter landscape rake. I welded on some metal to strengthen it up to be safe, so it needs painted yet which I will do this winter. I made a dolly for it also to put in my container, which is all I need to get in there. After getting it made and putting it in the container, I was amazed at how all of my floor space was gone. So I had an idea to go up. The rake is not that heavy at all, so I decided to fab a mount to put it on top of my box blade to save floor space. I made the mount so it sits on top of the boxblade itself to be secure. With my pallet forks I set the landscape rake on the box blade, and then I secured them with a ratchet strap and I can lift them both up to put in the container. The tractor handled them with no problem.

Looks good. Can you fit everything in the container including the tractor?

Looks good. Can you fit everything in the container including the tractor?

The tractor wont fit being a 20 footer. It is full with the implements. You could surely fit it all in if it was a 40 footer.
