As long as all 3 hooks are at least ‘started’ you should pretty much ALWAYS be able to just lift the implement with the 3pt until it ‘self levels’ into the QH. . Definitely verify the latches are engaged before setting off with the implement.

The only times that wouldn’t work:
1. bent quick hitch (doubtful)
2. bent implement (doubtful)
3. bent/loose draw pin on implement (maybe!)
4. implement picks up and seats properly but once in the air is ‘out of level’ to the tractor: your adjustable side link ‘shifted’ on its own.

Picture 2 of post 16 shows a HUGE gap between pin of implement and lower hook of hitch. You need to install 'bushings' or 'adapters', whatever they call them. Most 'quick hitches' are CAT3 on the implement side, except for SPEECO's unit.....

Sorry all long story but long story. I'm outbof the country with limited internet. Hear are the pics
Looks to me you have to lower the top J hook on your QH one hole.
It should hook the lower larger pin of the implement.
The top third point doesn't have to do the lifting.
There can be a small gap between the J hook and the implement pin.

The two lower points do the lifting and should fall in place once you lower the top J hook.
You need bushings for the lower implement pins.
You can get them at your Land Pride dealership
Here are the QH bushing part numbers
320-048D 1.44 OD x .93 ID x 1.250 L
320-044D 1.44 OD x .93 ID x 1.500 L
320–045D 1.44 OD x .93 ID x 1.930 L
320–050D 1.44 OD x .93 ID x 2.180 L
320-051D 1.44 OD x .93 ID x 2.430 L
320-017D 1.44 OD x .93 ID x 2.880 L

I think Daferris (post 18) has it.

Top 3ph hook is contacting pin early. As you lift the slight angle to left or right is causing the implement to be off balance and tilting on the hook. the side that is slightly heavier locked in and lighter side can’t come down because hook is holding it too high.

My $0.02, which is worth about $0.02.
