YEAH YEAH YEAH,,, I know what youz guys were thinkin... I fired up the smoker took a pound of sausage rolled it out laired it with cheese, and onions and peppers and pepperoni rolled it up and made a bacon blanket  and smoked it for about 4 hours  with apple wood,,, was hard keeping the smoker up to temp today was like 17 in the garage, and a batch of sweet and sticky BBQ sauce ,,, DAYUM DAT GOOD ,,, think Ill take a little nap now
