I messed up....

So over the weekend my Kubota ZG222 had a dead battery, I jumped it off and had running but it died on me again. I jumped it off a couple of times but the last time I reversed the jumper cables and now the mower is dead. I did install a new battery and replaced the 15amp fuse under the seat but it still wont do anything when I turn the key. Any thoughts on what to check? Figured it could be ECU or starter but didn't know if I should look at anything else.

I don't know that machine, But you may have burnt out a Fuseabile link. Time to put a volt /Ohm meter to work and trace it out.

if it has an ECM, chances are you fried it.

Check your owners manual against THE ONE SHOWN IN THIS LINK for a 50 amp slow blow fuse (circled number 2 in picture). The Protected circuit for the 50 amp fuse says "Check circuit against wrong battery connection" which is what you say you did.
