GOT IT! After much whackin and chopin and butcherin the pcitures the old school way, I got them reduced down!

Eric, glad to be of help if I really was any but I think you figured it out on your own.

On any picture you have, right click on it and select "Open With" and then select "Paint". This symple little program can do wonders, just mess with it on a slow day. And always make a copy of the original image before any changes.

I like the football and hokey games on it. It's pretty cool.
