I read inthe paper today that some group is going to try and stop the 4th of July parade and protest over some silly thing. I told the OL I think I will go to the parade tomorrow and see what it is all about,, I got the raised eyebrow and she said no you cannot go to protest the protesters,, theres gona be enough rednecks there, and besides you are to old.

Everyone around here has went 'camping'. We are alone. No kids, no noise, just the way I like it. I sure as heck don't want to go to some campground, camp 50 feet away from someone else, put up with unruly kids and noisy generators. If I wanted neighbors 50 feet away, I'd move to the city.

besides, who in their right mind wants to deal with the traffic. and I have chores to do like clean and grease the baler and the tractor, side dress the garden plants and generally be lazy.

this whole deal of liberals and conservatives bickering is costing us the country. I believe it's driven at least partially by media.

In fort worth they've (aetheists) have littered downtown with flags. Idiots. They call it "freedom of speech" and those in charge of the town and it's decorations couldn't do anything about it for fear of backlash from those idiots. They are loud and will destroy you if you try to resist them. Locally last week they had a "pride parade", or a "gay-fag parade" as I call it. Wasn't too many people show up. But what gets me is that noone that I know of has a 'straight pride' parade. No Christian themed parades. Some say Christmas parades are christian themed but even that has faded in the last 20 years or so. Why? Are we scared? No (or at least none that I know of) conservative themed parades. I guess they're just gonna sit back & let the liberals take over?

I could get worked up over it all but there's no use. That's what "they" want.

I can’t skip these, and won’t respond back.

This has nothing to do with camping, or black guns.

It has everything to do with things that part of our society deems prudent; take everything from those that have to give to those that don’t.

Guns are among the first things they want to take, followed by your money.

Those that think that way think a bunch of Harley riders shouldn’t have their commonly-held parade in Washington DC, if I have the correct function.

Like skeets and a bunch of other folks here think, that is wrong.

Again, it’s not campers or guns; it’s about your right to have them......

If skeets or others have me wrong, feel free to correct me.

I would drive skeets there if he wanted a ride.....unfortunately, I sold my Harley a couple years ago, to skeets’ disapproval....[emoji15]

Actually, all tools. Different tools for different hunts. Some for indoor target shooting, some for personal defense (gee I have a CCW) and some just safe queens.

far as having full auto's in Idaho, don't think so without a Federal stamp. Same as here. Supressors certainly there, not here yet.

Boston recently granted a permit for a straight pride parade at end of august.

Parade for whatever group/cause just requires an dedicated organizer to pull together the resources to make it happen. Folks on both sides of any issues have the same rights. Just takes a dedicated individual or group to make it happen.
